Limited seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Each participant must fill out the registration form with accurate contact details.
Please attend all scheduled sessions once registered.
If you are unable to attend, inform us at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer your seat to someone else.
Repeated no-shows may lead to disqualification from future free programs.
Arrive 10 minutes early to settle in before the class starts.
Entry may not be permitted after 15 minutes of the session starting.
Follow all safety guidelines provided by the instructor.
Handle tools, clay, and other materials responsibly.
Respect fellow participants and maintain a cooperative environment.
5. Materials and Equipment
All materials (clay, tools, etc.) will be provided free of cost.
Please use materials mindfully to avoid waste.
Any damage caused to studio equipment due to negligence may be chargeable.
6. Artwork and Collection
Your creations will be available for pickup after the drying/firing process (if applicable).
We will notify you once your piece is ready. Please collect it within 2 weeks, or it may be discarded.
7. Media Consent
Photographs or videos may be taken during class for promotional or documentation purposes.
If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know in writing at the time of registration.
8. Liability Disclaimer
By participating, you understand the physical nature of ceramic work and accept all risks involved. The organizers are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the classes.
